Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman, Lawton and Stillwater come first, plus the free public shooting ranges on Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation (ODWC) wildlife management areas. Facts we could not confirm are left blank, so always call before you go.
About ODWC public ranges
ODWC runs unstaffed shooting ranges on wildlife management areas. There is no range fee, but ODWC requires everyone using them (and any adult with a shooter) to hold a valid Oklahoma hunting or combination license unless exempt. They are open year-round from official sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset unless closed by area rules or controlled hunts; under-16 shooters must be supervised by an adult; eye and ear protection are required; paper or clay targets only. Some areas close to non-hunting use during fall and winter. Check wildlifedepartment.com before you go.
